In the UK, Charles Darwin is on the £10 note.  Meanwhile, a new Gallup poll shows that only 39% of Americans believe in evolution. Come on, USA!  We’ve done such a good job of embracing a monarch-free government and a reasonable pronounciation of the word “schedule” for all these years.  Let’s not allow ourselves to slip behind England in the common sense department now.
